I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Problem Lines on copies with green / yellow

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello, i have a problem on my workcentre 7530.

I have this lines when in the prints there are a lot of parts with yellow/green. 
i follow the procedure for print the "Xerox® WorkCentre® WC7435/7535/7830/7970i Repeating Defects"
and this is the results. Only in green page the are a lot of sky blu lines

In attachment you will find the result of print and the status of consumables.

I don't know there is the problem. The drums are news.


Any ideas?
