Problem color print : print in black and white

Hello mcxani,

I searched the Knowledgebase and found these steps for setting default to Black and White, so for step 5 please make sure to select Color from the Output Color pull-down menu.

Hello,
I have had a printing problem for a month:
We print with 4 pc on the XEROX PHASER 6180 MFP printer.
For a month: 3 pc of the 4 print in black and white while the print is in color.
Unable to restore color, despite updating drivers.
