Re: Problem printing custom paper size

Hello Kaika313,

For this printing issue, I recommend you uninstall and reinstall the Xerox Print Driver.

Thanks,

Problem printing custom paper size

Product Name: WorkCentre 7755/7765/7775
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

Hi,

I'm trying to print on a custom size sheet of paper (480mm x 320mm, heavyweight) but this happens with almost any other non-standard size paper.

I create a PDF file with those dimensions, select in the print driver (v. 5.5.2) bypass tray where I've loaded the paper, check that paper type is the same on both printer settings and driver but always printer asks me for 8,5" x 11" standard paper and there's no way to make the printer change its mind... and if I put an 8,5" x 11" it prints part of the image on it with correct proportions.

It happens also with a different machine (7835) when I try to print on any custom paper size it asks me for a different paper (A4 standard or Letter).

I cannot figure out what piece of information coming from my Mac is telling the printer to use Letter size paper and why...

What settings could I check?

Thank you

Kari
