I am running on a mac with OSX Yoesmite 10.10.1 and whenever I try to print something on my Phaser 6010, it just prints a document that i printed once in November. That's not all, however. It doesn't just print it once, but forever - over and over until it either gets jammed or you completely unplug it. It doesn't let you turn it off without unplugging its power. Is there anything I can do? Please let me know if you need any more information. I just want it fixed because I don't want my money wasted. Thanks.
