Try starting with it unplugged from the network, if that fails, reboot after putting back on the network and see if you can reach it by webrowser to load it's embedded web interface (Put its IP address in you web browser of choices address bar), if that works, and appears stable, grab the firmware from Xerox.com drivers page and attempt to update it.

My office's Phaser 6360 is stuck in "warm up" mode. Despite power / network cycling it doesnt seem to leave this mode except very breifly when restarted. After a restart, it will usually print a "status" page, then print its backlog, then go immeidately back into "warmin up" mode.
Any help would be very much apprecaited, thank you.
