Problem with Xerox 3600, when is printing, the printer blocks

Does the printer lock on a specific print job? If it does then there may be an issue with that file.

DId the printer work well previously and the problem just started or is this problem always happening?

Hello good Morning, i have one problem when im going to print, the printer prints good but then the printer xerox 3600 blocks and i have to turn off and turn on again to the printer can work again
