Problem with Xerox printer using POS system

Sometimes, a loose or faulty cable, a power outage, or a network issue can prevent the printer of pos manufaturers from communicating with the terminal. To fix this, make sure that the cable is securely plugged in, that the power supply is working, and that the network is stable.

The Xerox printer has some troubles when using to print with POS system using software of retailer POS.

The product and the price are always not in the same line, which annoy customers. So please, if you have any solution, could you please tell me as soon as possible.
