Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please follow the instructions to totally remove the driver then reinstall and make sure you choose your WorkCentre model as you install the global driver. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

We have two xerox printers on our network along with 8 PCs running Windows 7. The problem is one PC. the paper size available is missinig. So when using IE, Word, Excel, Adobe Reader the option to select paper size is blank. I have researched the problem on Microsoft and Adobe website and both sites tell me that the problem comes from the printer driver? I have installed differetn drivers
global and PS but no luck.
