Problem with printing tray

Problem solved. 

Just check your tray and confirm that the mechanism which allows you to select what kind of page size you need is stabilized.

My problem is that the machine prints only when I import paper in the secondary tray (I think the name is Tray 1 because it constantly says tray 1 empty).

I tried

1) to reset the printer

2) reset the firmware

3) see if there is a paper jam

4) select printer setup->paper set up- >paper source->auto.

There is still a problem either when I print or copy.
