Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for Make Sure the Paper Type is Set Correctly, from the support page for your machine.  Also make sure that you have the paper loaded and set for the correct orientation either landscape or portrait.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Problem with xerox 252, tray 5, can not use anything but the SRA3

I have a problem with my xerox 252, i can not print from tray 5 anytthing but the sra3.. This is the message from the scrren (picture)20130206_211609.jpg Thank you, my englush is bad :)
