Problema con consumibles

Product Name: Phaser 6510

Este es el segundo post que abro sobre el mismo tema.

Al instalar un cartucho de cilindro K original me da un error diciendo que instale el cartucho de cilindro k, vamos que no me lo reconoce.

Estoy llamando al soporte técnico por teléfono pero cuando tengo que introducir el numero de serie no lo reconoce y de ahí no pasa....

¿Alguna idea?

Hello JC88, 

There are a few things that could be happening. You could have a genuine cartridge but not the right one for your region or it could be a metered cartridge for a non metered device or vice versa.

#1 - " SOLD/ Regular " - You own this machine. No Contract.  
#2 - " Metered " - Cost per Copy, Renting Machine, Contract with Xerox 
#3 - " DMO, Dmoso " - includes the marketing, sales and servicing of Xerox products, supplies,  and services in (Latin America, Mexico, Brazil) the Middle East, India, Eurasia and Central- Eastern Europe (Russia area) and Africa. 

If you have the correct cartridge and removing and reinstalling it doesn't fix the issue you should consider calling the support center again. 

Here is where you can find the serial number location for your printer to be sure you're providing the correct information when calling.
