Problems macOS Catalina drivers and WIFI Airport configuration

I don't understand why xerox doesn't update authorization certificates with apple in a timely manner and doesn't solve compatibility problems

I'm having exactly the same problem running Catalina 10.15.2.

I purchased an XEROX B215 printer for my study about a week ago, to connect it exclusively via WiFi / Airport to Macs (both iMAC and macbooks updated with macOs Catalina 10.15).

- The first thing I found was that online drivers (Date: Dec 19, 2019) are not recognized as safe by macOS and are blocked.
- Connected to the printer via Airport these do not recognize the drivers.
- In addition, every time the printer goes into stand-by and I send a print file it is NOT ONLINE therefore you must first start it by hand and then send the print file.
How could I solve or improve these problems?
