The Xerox manual doesn't help with MS products, even when they are well known issues.
It isn't Xerox's place to do so, and MS has had it covered in their knowledgebase for just over a decade. The issue is the application, it doesn't matter what printer is used
Did you purchase the duplex kit for this device? It doesn't support duplex out of the box
This printer is new and we are having problems printing double sided from an Excel 2010 spreadsheet. It doesn't seem to matter what setting I change in Excel or in the the printer settings it will only print single sided. The help manual is not very helpful at all!
