Problems printing envelope, machine asks 8,5 x 11

thank you but I've already followed every suggestion of the knowledge base.

A technician told me that there's a known issue with the PS driver and Custom Size envelope printing,  I will try to update the installed PS driver as machine's firmware is already updated to version 061.121.229.18600.

I found some steps you can follow when you get the load paper message HERE. 

If that doesn't work, you may need to call into our Support Department to troubleshoot this with one of our reps. The support options for that device are HERE.

Hi,

cannot figure out how to print 6x9 envelopes on a WorkCentre 7545 from Mac OS 10.11.6.

We put the envelope in the bypass tray in the right position, set paper settings on the UI with 6x9 size and same on the driver setting of Mac but when we send the file printer keeps asking for 8,5 x 11 paper and does not print.

I thought it was due to the banner sheet settings but it's already disabled so I cannot understand what the machine is asking for.

The only way to print is to select at the UI print on different paper (I don't know how it's exactly called in english) but obviously it's just a workaround and it should not work like this.

Any ideas?
