I'm having issues running any synthetic paper through the igen 5. I normally use Synaps 10 - 14 mil, but I can't duplex it at all I have to simplex it and it just keeps jamming in the fuser area. Plus if it's full coverage on a 12 x 18 sheet it will not lay down the toner evenly at the tail end of the sheet. I'm using the stock from the stock library which I'm assuming is controlling the temp of the fuser, speed, voltage, etc. but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on getting this stuff to run through their igen presses. Any help is appreciated.
