Problems with Xerox Color 550.

Not sure if it will work because I didn't know which front end you are using.  You might want to check the knowledge base to see if there might be a recommendation.

You will need to type your product name in the search field and then choose Support for the front end that you are using.

Once on the product support page you can search for 'print pdf', or select from the How To's or Solutions for.

If you are still not able to resolve the issue I would recommend you contact technical support at 1-800-821-2797.

Hello.sorry for my English. can you help me please?
i have a problem with my Xerox Color 550.

I tried to print PDF file from Acrobat Reader X with different types of pages A3 and A4.

if first page will A3 then A4 will ok. if first page will A4 then A3 page will printing only one half of A3 page LOOKS A4, other side of A3 page will white without prints.

how i can solve this problem?

My operating system Windows 7. driver Color550-560XC_5.231.6.0_PCL6_32.

i think i have this problem because PDF require PostScript driver. but printing with it doesnt work. if i choose

Color550-560XC_5.231.6.0_PS_32 in drivers and try to print anything i will be get error 016-749 in web-interface logs of this Xerox 550.. and error 075-451, 072-450, 074-450 in windows logs. this errors wrote your paper trays is empty. but they is full. this errors only with PostScript Driver. in this moment printer make a noise. but nothing happend. i got errors. if i choose PCL6 driver. i will get only one half of A3 page if A4 page was before.

Please, help me to decide this problem.
