I searched the online Knowledge-base and found THIS SOLUTION to adjust the color density that you can try.

If that doesn't work, please contact SUPPORT for futher troubleshooting.

Have anybody an idea on who to trubbleshot and to solve my problem? All suggestions will be appreciable! :-)

Problems with printing in colors

Product Name: WorkCentre 6505
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

We have a Xerox Work Centre 6505DN that printing in colors have stopped to function after we have put in new original toner cartrigde for colors. Printing in black is working ok without any problems.

With the old toners, color printing worked fine, but after a while printing i colors have ended for all colors with the new toners in. We have of caurse original toners in the machine. And I have checked that color printing is set in the print menu.

We noticed that the color successively ended up and got weeker and weeker, thus the toners are new and on the printer menu it inicates that the color toners are 100% full.

We have checked that the toners seem corectly installed and we have taken them out and shaked them without any effect.

Have you any clue how to solve this and where to look for problems on the printer-settings..?
