I have been frustrated with this problem for a long time. I have a network Phaser 8550 printer, and all of my Windows XP PC's print with no problem. I downloaded a Windows 7 driver, and on 2 Windows 7 PC's, I have 2 major problems:
1. The printer preferences do not allow me to select Black & White - it always prints in color, no matter what I set as the default.
2. Whenever I print from a PDF, it always prints 2 on a page landscape - so small that I cannot read the text.
Please help me figure out the appropriate printer driver to download and install.
