Processing data message

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 11

Hello

When I print a pdf page using my iphone 14, I get a Processing Data message on the 6510 DN printer display screen.  This message carries on for hours and no print.  I have to switch off the printer or delete the print from queue through my online account to clear the memory.

Please let me know if there is a solution to this issue.
