After migrating my system to a new Mac with an up-to-date system, any application that uses the Print dialog box will crash after sending the job to print. Adobe apps or Chrome don't crash unless I try to access printer settings, such as double-siding. I tried installing an up-to-date print driver, but it hasn't fixed the problem.
The last supported OSX version was 10.10.
And it still works unofficially, like I just installed it without issue
But of course I used the Xerox driver and not one of the ones by Apple
You probably will need to do an uninstall, reboot, and reinstall using an HP Jet direct port
