One of the complaints are users have mentioned with regard to secure printing is that other print jobs can still print in the middle of theirs. Is this a setting or an option somehwere?
In other words, user A prints 20 documents to the secure queue. She then goes over, scans her card at the machine, releases all documents to print. Waits for them to print and then grabs the stack that has printed and returns to her desk. When she gets to her desk and begins to sort the documents, she finds printed documents in her stack that other users had sent to the printer.
Is there way to prohibit other print jobs from printing in the middle of secure batch?
