Quickly choose color or black/white

The option of setting up multiple printers is not feasible for us.

I have another screenshot from PowerPoint print menu (the same printer), there you can choose grayscale and color like I would like in Word. strange that Powerpoint has it but not Word. Anyone know how to make this happen in Microsoft Word?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. You might consider setting up two network printers in Windows one defaulted to black and white and one to color then just choose what you need from the list of printers.  If this is not an option then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

We have Workcentre 7855 here at work (on network).

Can I quickly choose between printing in color or in Black/white?

Now I have to go into Printer properties and then click a few times to change the setting. Can I add a toggle button here in my Print dialog box directly (see screenshot attachced)?
