Random Light Deletions

Product Name: Xerox Iridesse Production Press
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Since the long paper option/white ink has been installed, I've had to have the Back Up Roller (BUR) replaced twice. At first it seemed to be caused by running a 'foil' paper through with some kind of back charge from the paper. This last time, I haven't run any 'objectionable' paper in the duration of the roller.  My CSE found one other instance in the UK.  The question is....is this an inherent problem with the diodes that are being used to buffer the power to the roller, or is something else going on?  Will there be adjustments done to aleviate this issue, or am I going to have to have it replaced every 125,000 impressions.
