This is happening even when all the resources required by the job are present.  For example it happens right after we have printed an initial print of the job to verify it is correct and then adjusted the quantity in CWS for the quantity we want to print and submit it again.

 

I noticed over the weekend that if we waited long enough the job would start to print on its own.  I've consulted other PostNet owners and they to confirm this on their 560's too.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution and make sure the paper type is set to the correct paper that is in the paper tray. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Random print waiting on 560

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

When we submit jobs to our 560 through CWS, sometimes it will print right away as expected.  Other times we see the job sit and wait for no apparent reson.  We have to go to the jobs screen on the printer and tell it to print the waiting jobs.  Is there a setting someplace I'm missing to stop this?
