Random printing problems from MS Word to 6180

Hi yetopen,

I should have been clearer on the copy.  Please use the copy/paste to copy the content into a new document and see it will then print.  If not then consider contacting support.

What do you mean by making a copy of the document? Copy/Paste the content to a new document or copy the document from File Explorer?

Hi.

We're experiencing issues on some computers running Windows XP printing to a 6180MFP.

If I open Microsoft Word 2010 and type some random characters, then press "Print" everything is ok. If I pick some older and richer document, with some images and formatting in it, the printer wakes up, seems to receive some data but then return in "waiting" mode after few seconds without printing anything.

We checked everything. Drivers are up to date, Office doesn't have any uninstalled update. Tried reinstalling drivers and nothing changes.

What else can we check?
