Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please taske a look at the support pages for the machines you listed and search for E-mail Alert Notifications to find the steps for setting up the notifications.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Receive notification only when toner is empty

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi, I want to receive alert notifications (emails) only when a toner is empty in one of my printers. We can do this with Phaser 3320 and 3635MFP, but not the following:

  • WorkCentre 5755
  • WorkCentre 7425
  • WorkCentre 7530
  • WorkCentre 7835

I see options to notify when "Supplies or CRUs are low" or "Consumables Status", but we don't want to receive an email when a toner is at more than 0%. I also checked with the tool XDA Lite that we are using, but I don't see the possiblity. Is there another tool to accomplish this?

 

Also, it's not clear what each option mean like this one: "Machine requires administrator assistance". Does this include when the toner is empty?
