Hi, greetings from Denmark.

I have a brand new Xerox C8130, 2 months old. When i print A4 160 grams, a thin red line accours all the way down.

A had a technian from our local xerox, but he could not find the error. Now the shop we brought the maschine from, says we are operation it wrong.

We set it to "Lightweight Cardstock" - but still a red line appears.

Please help? What is causing this error?
