Red printing as Pink, Cannot run automatic color registration
Product Name: VersaLink C400 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10
I've been having an issue that all my reds are printing as pink. I've tried doing an automatic color registration but it says it has completed with an error 24-954. I updated the firmware to the latest version, and have replaced all the toner cartridges, what am I missing?

The error code 024-954 is for the bypass tray please click here for an article the may help you. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797or 1-800-835-6100.
