Reinstall drivers all the time

I recently acquired a B215, installed the drivers with AirPrint, worked well. When I try to reprint after a couple of days, it is like if the drivers were not properly installed. I then remove the printer from my machine, resinstall it and it works again... It does that all the time. How can I prevent from reinstalling all the time?
