Re: Reinstalling Docucolor 1632 drivers on Windows 2000 server

What DFE (Fiery/Creo//Splash)?

It is likely an issue with the queue you send to.

For Fiery they would be (case sensitive) "print" or "hold" for an LPR port.

For a Creo, just do Start > run and enter in \\IPaddress of creo and right-click and Connect to the queue you want.

Assuming the jobs make it to the DFE and with the correct driver for that DFE, you should be able to select the job in Command Workstation (Fiery), or on the CREO or Splash to see why it is failing.

I haven't had access to a win2k server in at least 6 years, so I can't provide screenshots or replicate your scenario at all.

Reinstalling Docucolor 1632 drivers on Windows 2000 server

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Can anyone offer help on reinstalling this print driver?  Can communicate with the printer over network via IP address but can no longer get print files over to it.  Machine beeps and primes toner cartridges but no job goes through.  Thank you.
