Relentless Magenta/Yellow Toner Issues

we have 2 relatively IMG_1487.jpgIMG_1486.jpgIMG_1485.jpgbrand new igen5's that are and have been having extreme magenta 7 yellow toner issues since around October 2022 - does anybody know what this is caused by and why it has not been able to be fixed by service for 5 months?  Our prints have excessive spitting and they are also covered in a layer of magents - sometimes times light and soemtimes heavy.
