Remote User

Hello,

      I am having issues with our printer printing out a cover sheet every time I print something. It includes my user name, document name, time and date printed and at the very top says remote user. Is there a way to get rid off ths? Any suggestions would be greatly apperciated.

Without knowing your model I cannot give you instructions but I would assume you are printing a banner or start sheet. If you visit http://www.xerox.com/support and type in your model number you can get instructions on how to disable it. Also, you can disable it within the print driver.
