Hello Jeremy, you just may have made my month!!! Please tell me you or someone can get in touch with us or the sales person (M. David) who Xerox corporate put me in touch with to help trouble shoot our software/app/remote printing issue. M. David mdavid@xclbusiness.com. He still has not fully solved out remote print/auto release issues, but is workign on it, and we are willing to go any route to get that end result. The Xerox Workplace Cloud Solution can support printing via email and have the prints auto-released (no need to login at the machine).     Each printer can be setup with a unique email address and set to "Allow Direct Email Print for Anonymous Users.

Hello, did anyone reply to your inquiry. We would like to avoid having to enter credentials with each print job as well. We would also like to find out if we could print direct to the printer and have it print automatically. So far, Xerox has not indicated that this would be possible. We do it with an HP printer currently.

I tried the @printbyxerox it seems it does the job however is there anyway to make the login permanent? I tried it on a altalink C8035 but i need to login everytime when I select the printbyxerox icon on the homescreen

I'll reiterate what Cheryl-O stated that @printbyxerox allows you to print via email on any ConnectKey based Xerox device. If you have an older device, it may support POP3 or Internet Fax which both a both printing through email. 

To find out, you cna go to Xerox.com/support, enter your model number, and look in the administration guide.

We do have the @PrintByXerox email feature available for our AltaLink and VersaLink Devices. Check it out to see if that is an option for your specific model of device.

Is there any way to print to a xerox copier thru email ? Like for example Im going to print a document (on a different location) I will send my document to an email (which is configured to a xerox MFP.) Once the MFP receives the email it will imediately print the attached document? Im not sure if this feature availble on Xerox but my other HP printer does that
