RAmeeti,

have you tried using generic drivers from the OS. Just to make sure you are able to connect to the printer.

Remote printing to Workcenre 7775 from Mac does not work but does from PC

I need to print to a remote Workcentre 7775 that I have configured with a public IP address. The port forwarding is correctly configure as I can successfully print when using the PC print driver.

 

But when I use the OS X 10.8 print driver for the Mac Mountain Lion OS, I am unable to connect and print. I get a connection failure. Regardless that I have downloaded the Workcentre 7775 driver package, the installation process tells me that the printer I am attempting to install the driver for is not supported.

 

What might be the fix?
