You may need to un-install the printer and re-install with the Xerox Print driver LOCATED HERE . Be sure to select your configuration and OS.
I searched the Knowledgebase for your device and did find THESE STEPS that may help you as well.
Some of my mac collegaues are having some difficulty with printing documents.
When a file is stored and opened from the computer, it prints fine with the correct job owner.
But when via Outlook or a website, the document's job owner is remote user.
How do we correct this?
