When printing, somtimes the document are remote user.
Already updated the driver.
Xerox advised to use the HP Direct Jet, which works to sent more than one document to the printer.
Xerox locally advised by accident that the HP Direct Jet is the problem, and wants to charge me for support.
I have never had so many problems with printers in my life.......
And a support service that doens't help without asking money.
