My Phaser stopped printing and said to replace the Cyan cartridge, so I did. After pulling the new one out, I shook it, removed the tape, slid it in place, and pulled the front cover off (as per the instructions). Now my printer is giving me the error message, "Remove Tape - Cyan Cartridge" and will no longer print. How do I fix this?
