Repeating defects on Versalink C9000 even after drum replacements
Product Name: VersaLink C9000 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 7 x64
Our Versalink C9000 has a repeating defect on A3 prints only. It lines up perfectly to every other Drum Cartridge marking point (38mm, 1.5in) on the Repeating Defects sheet. I have changed all 4 drum cartridges, transfer roller and belt cleaner with Xerox OEMs but the defect still occurs.
I believe the mark is a residue mark from an air duster (a staff member probably blew the printer insides out whilst it was still hot)
Does anyone have any ideas what to try next? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
