Yes, the information is correct we will not be able to provide any service or supplies for this device as of 12/31/2023. "
Thank you for your kind reply; now I need some more information: What do you recommend to do in my situation? We bought this printer less than three years ago and currently we don't have the economic conditions to buy a new one; Will you also withdraw the corresponding toners from the market? Will I have to look for refilled toners? Do you have any solution to recommend.
