Please make sure that the part number on the new toner matches the old one that you took out of the machine. If it doesn't this is why you're getting the error message.

Hello, Due to low level of ink of the toner, I bought a new original cyan toner (106R02756) for my Work entre 6025(w). The printer now reports code CRUM ID 093-962 "Reset - Cyan Cartridge". Not sure what I can do. Can you suggest any help (aside from, buy a new one and hope it will be recognized)? Thank you!
