Reset Admin Password - Password Unknown

Product Name: VersaLink C8000 Color Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Hello,

This printer is being used in a lab. the admin password was changed from the serial number default and we can no longer access the setup panels. Could someone please tell me how to reset the admin password. Can't figure it out and there is no data online. Thank you.

Hello Clclclc, 

The default admin password will either be the serial number or 1111, if neither of these are working please contact the support department at 1-800-821-2797 for assistance with resetting it.
