Hello Resipsaloquitur,

You need to make sure the paper in the tray matches EXACTLY to the paper in the print menu from your browser window. Size, type, and orientation need to match EXACTLY.

Resources Required to Print

Product Name: VersaLink C505 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

When I print from Word, Adobe DC, Wordperfect, I do not get this error. However, when I try to print from Chrome or IE, I get the "Resources Required to Print," error message, and it completely locks up the printer (something about mismatched page size). I have to restart the printer to clear it. Accordingly, I am wondering what I can do to make this work. When I use the same system dialog, the same things print fine on my Lexmark printer.
