I suggest calling into the support department for more assistance, I'm not sure what would cause the toner not to install correctly.

I have just replaced all four toner cartridges and we still have a problem. I did notice the black toner cartridge didn't snap into place like all the other ones. There is no noticeable difference between that slot and the other ones. Could this be the reason for the fading? It is not so much a color that is fading as it is the whole right side fading. This is happening when a copy is made as well as when printing.
I have attached an example of a document copied. On the right side of the copy, black text & images are printed in green as well as fading out from center to the right side. This is after replacing all four toner cartridges.
Can you tell me what can cause the black toner drum to not snap in place & if this might be my issue?

What can cause the right side of printouts to be faded? I beleive this might happen only with text because pages I have printed out with heavy images are perfect.
