SMTP Settings - Not changing - Reverting back

Greetings,

 

Xerox Workcenter 7445 inherited in a takeover.

 

I am trying to enter the IP address of our exchange server but it keeps reverting back to the old one so I cannot get scan to mail working.  Very strange.

 

LDAP works fine so I dont understand what the problem is.

 

Thanks in advance to make any recommendation

Just to add, I have noticed that is now telling me that I dont have the rights to change it

Hi,

 

Just spoke with Xerox direclty.  The issue was that I was using IE 9.0.

 

Once I used Firefox, I was able to enter the information ok.
