Please take a look at this article on how to set the run black mode. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

[SOLVED] How can I only print black- colour carts out

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

 

I have a 8570 which has been causing me a few probs with so called jams which were not there, so I turned it off for a few months and now only use another Xerox doco I have.

I now want to sell the 8570 and have 8 cubes of black but the others colors are near empty.

Can I set the printer to use only black?
