Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Hi, we installed a new computer in our printshop (iMac 2020), we have three more (iMacs 2010), from any of the three iMacs we can send jobs as SPOOLING to our two Xerox Versant 80 Press, no problem. The jobs are SPOOLED and we print them whenever we want. On the iMac 2020 every time we send a job to print, it prints directly, there is no way for it to SPOOLING.  I am sure some set up I am missing, any ideas, what and how can I do it?
