I agree with Cheryl about updating the system software. Additionally, since you mention that other printers print the files correctly, I suggest comparing the PDL of the print drivers in use for the Xerox printer and the other printers that you're using. If one is using PCL and printing correctly while you're VersaLink is using PS then install the PCL driver for your VersaLink or vice versa. Even if they are both using the same PDL currently I still recommend trying a different one for your VersaLink.
Since SVG images are XML based it actually makes the most sense to me to use an XPS print driver for this. XPS is the XML Paper Specification after-all. Per the specs of your VersaLink XPS is a supported PDL, but I don't see any available XPS drivers to download. That means that you would need to use an XPS driver provided by Windows and that might not be sufficient if you need the features of the Xerox driver job properties.
Hi Malread,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have upgraded your printer to the latest firmware available, Then uninstall the printer and print driver, restart your computer and then reinstall the printer and driver using the latest version of the driver found here on the drivers and download page for your printer. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Our printer does not print certain SVG images. Most are fine. The SVGs also print correctly from other printer and operating systems. We believe its an issue relating to the Printer driver and printer translating them from the web page
