Save my sanity! custom template for a xerox phaser 6600

I have this identical issue.  I have followed the instructions in the online support for printing on custom paper exactly.  The printer simply ignores the custom size and prints a tiny image in the corner.  In my case, i am trying to print on 4x6 card stock.  I am using a Mac and running the latest drivers.

Hi Everyon

Please save my sanity before my printer is launched into space :)

I am trying to print a design onto a 7" x 7" square (its a sweet bag).

I've set the design up in the Properties by doing

New design and then 7" x 7", save.

When i print its coming out with a tiny image into the right hand side of the bag (excuse the photo)

I just dont know what im doing wrong - its driving me mad :(
