Saved settings in Printing Preferences

Using 'PS Driver 64-bit' Released: 09/25/2012 Version: 5.283.2, trying to set Saved Settings (presets) in Printing Preferences, in Paper>Other Size>un-named dropdown below Scaling Options>trying to select Center - but the diagram won't shift from Top Left.

Result is - left and bottom of the print is cut off by 6mm (strangely - I would have expected left and top) - the print is offset left and down by about 9mm.

How can I get the dialog to accept 'Center'? To start with it would, but got stuck at Top Left. I tried shutting all down and rebooting.
