Re: Scratch in 350g paper

Is the paper settings correct on the printer?

If not could be the fuser maybe it's overheating

Try this run 10

then let cool off and run 10 again

I know may not be the best option but double check the paper settings etc.

thanks

Re: Scratch in 350g paper

Hello Gabiene, thank you very much for your reply.

I did it, but i can not see anything. When i start print and printer is cold - first 10 sheets for example, it is without problem. When printer is warmed up - for example 15 sheets and up, it start scratch paper. I think it is from any static or rolling thing on the way from fuser. See one more photo.IMG-2062.JPG
